Regarding inclement weather on the day, the vessel master / Captain is solely responsible for the decision to proceed or not.  If the vessel master / Captain chooses not to proceed, we will gladly reschedule your charter to a mutually acceptable date and time.

Cancellations / Refunds / Change of Dates / Charter Expiry Dates
We will always try to accommodate date changes pending availability however change of date directives, postponements or rescheduling made closer than 30 days before the original charter date will be subject to a $250 fee and any changes made 14 days before the original charter date will be subject to a $500 fee.  If for any reason the charter is not completed within a 24 month period after the original charter date, then the charter will have deemed to have expired. There shall be no refunds for cancellations, change of dates or weather related cancellations.

Peak Times
During high demand times during the year, we may adjust our prices to coincide with local industry rates. If this is the case we will advise the price adjustment during our discussions with you.

Promotions
Any promotional deals offered via Sail Central Coast are not applicable to existing bookings.
